Terms of Service

iTumble is a free-to-use web app that lets you create animated characters, perform gymnastics moves, and turn them into personalised fidget toys. It is operated by Alistair Downes, based in the United Kingdom.

By using iTumble you agree to these terms. If you are under 13, please use iTumble with a parent or guardian.

You may use iTumble for personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to disrupt or harm the service or other users
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app
• Use the service to store or share inappropriate or illegal content
• Create accounts on behalf of others without their permission

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms.

iTumble offers a permanent free tier — you can create characters, perform moves, and save up to 5 toys without providing any payment details. This free tier is specifically designed to give you a meaningful opportunity to evaluate the service before deciding to pay. By subscribing you confirm that you have had that opportunity.

A Pro subscription unlocks exclusive animals, Pro gymnastics moves, and unlimited saving.

• Price: £1.99 per month (inclusive of VAT where applicable)
• Billing: charged monthly to the card you provide via Stripe; your first charge is taken immediately on subscribing
• Cancellation: cancel any time from your profile; Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period and your account then reverts to the free tier
• Refunds and your right of withdrawal: at the point of upgrade you will be asked to confirm that (a) you want your Pro features to be activated immediately, and (b) you understand that by requesting immediate access you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital service has fully commenced — in accordance with Regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where that confirmation is given, no refund is due for any part of the subscription period already commenced. We will not issue pro-rata refunds for the remaining days of a billing period following cancellation. We will always correct billing errors and refund duplicate or erroneous charges — contact us at contact@itumbl.com if you think you have been charged incorrectly.
• Statutory rights: nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation
• Price changes: we will give at least 30 days' notice before increasing the subscription price

Promo codes grant Pro access for the period stated on the code. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

The toy designs and characters you create belong to you. By saving them to iTumble you grant us a limited licence to store and display them as part of the service (e.g. on the community mural). We will never sell your creations or use them for advertising.

You can delete your saved toys and request full account deletion at any time.

We aim to keep iTumble available at all times but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or withdraw features at any time. We will try to give notice of significant changes.

iTumble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you also have rights under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
